Button Constantly Jammed - Messing up Camera and Battle

After the latest update, the button assigned to zoom on the keyboard is acting like it is always jammed. It is also the same button to switch characters in combat and forces me to the farthest character at all times unless I am holding down the opposite zoom button. This is making the game unplayable.

This is on the keyboard while the controller is unplugged. When I do have the controller plugged in, it still does this - overriding w/e I do on the controller.

Does anyone know of a fix for this? I've tried restarting the game multiple times with or without the controller plugged in and also restarting the computer. Nothing changes it, and I know the button isn't jammed on my keyboard because this continues to happen no matter what I remap the button in game to - so the game is thinking it's pressed down.

Nope, just gave up playing
