Seeds of Light (Main Quest)

So apparently the chest I need to get the Seeds of light from, to craft the Seeds of Light EX recipe to proceed the main quest, isn't where it's supposed to be according to Screenshots / videos. I tried going to the place at the "four" times of the day, open and closing the game, changing regions, but the chest doesn't appear for me.

Is there anything I need to do before hand to trigger it to appear? (Haven't completed many "side quests" in this region yet, nor have I fully explored it yet)

I have the Atelier that shows you where chests are if that matters, and my Skill Tree is also completed if that helps.

Do I just keep re-loading and hope that it appears or is my game borked ?

Edit : In the time it took me to write this while Alt-Tabed, I was sitting in front of the spot and the chest just randomly appeared. Lmao
