As for the other ones, some chests are labeled as being part of a landmark's count despite it clearly being part of another's. Not sure if this will be any reference, but the last chests I got were the ones that require using the rope / emerald band to swing halfway across the map, as they were on top of those archway/pillar ruins.
I had no issues finding these. The only thing I can personally suggest is remember that the area can extend much further than expected. In the end, I was using the Ryza icon in the map screen to determine the area that I was in.
Tree of Light chest was hidden on map under the Flower Pixie Monster icon unable to see it pretty much.
Blue Life Sprig Same problem only under a Illuminated Slyph Spirit icon on a island.
As for the lighthouse for some reason the icon to break a wall wasn't showing up for some reason and finally did after a long time of running around.
Oh, didn't know that. Thanks for the correction.
