As it sounds like hardware over the game itself.
vsync must stay on
Windows 10 (X64) 22H2
Intel Core i5 3320M clocked at 2.60 GHz
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
DirectX version installed: 12.0
16 GB total memory type DDR3 to 1596.3 MHz (798.15x2 MHz)
Running the game from an ssd too.
With the specs you have posted, you are going to struggle running the game on non dedicated graphics. As the HD Graphics 4000 is built in to the cpu and shared with any and everything on that laptop. Lowest settings, v-sync on and window mode is still going to be a struggle on that system overall.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
Thank you!
HMMM I wonder what could be the cause of bad performance for a modern PC game.
