There is a glass duck with an little ship inside. U get the achievement when the little ship gets out of the glass duck. Dont ask me how tought. :)

Yes that was my idea too, that sounds most likely but I haven't seen it yet. And the last achievement I think have to do with the ninja duck...

The duck that looks like one of those Russian dolls. It spawn a medium version and after that tiny versions. They explode.

It is the Robot duck that spawns the exploding ducklings. It's frontside opens and a little duckling with a wind-up key comes out and explodes after a few seconds.
