Just some questions
This looks great will probably start playing this week just a quick thing:

I know some people have said 'don't worry about party building until you unlock all classes' but for each class I know there are personalities/luck/stances etc that will be the best for their growth. Anyone know a guide where I can find best builds?

Luck is similarly only something to worry about if you're being extremely picky as Luck's "Don't get gored when hit" is significantly less important than Stun's "Just don't get hit". Gear is the most important aspect of your characters' stats, not their personalities.

This gives a breakdown of how to build a group that trivializes the game, concerning only the Facet order, growth types, and stances.

This breaks down the mechanics of skill points gains, and then provides a list of any skills that may apply to a certain role for those who want to try building on their own but still would like a rough idea of what to look for.

Would not recommend doing a min max build or following a guide. That would likely make the game far too easy for the most part.

Correct. Even my own guide tells you to skip the team building part if you want to keep some challenge in the game. But I made it because there are people that want to just plow through.

Oh? Is it okay to just have fun with it?

I know SOMETIMES dungeon crawlers need min/maxing just to be able to finish them or do the secret stuff at the end so I was asking.

Thank you!

I don't know if I'll follow them PERFECTLY, but I love dungeon crawlers. I just sometimes don't have tons of extra time for them so you know...on occasion you need to not necessarily min/max but you want to avoid accidentally chosing something that is just bad

Good news! You can't get stuck with a bad choice, other than a bad starting Facet but that just means your build takes more skill points is all. If you see a skill and are like "Wow, this sounds great!" then try it and find that it actually sucks, you just unequip it and put something else on.
