Luck is similarly only something to worry about if you're being extremely picky as Luck's "Don't get gored when hit" is significantly less important than Stun's "Just don't get hit". Gear is the most important aspect of your characters' stats, not their personalities.

I know SOMETIMES dungeon crawlers need min/maxing just to be able to finish them or do the secret stuff at the end so I was asking.

I don't know if I'll follow them PERFECTLY, but I love dungeon crawlers. I just sometimes don't have tons of extra time for them so you know...on occasion you need to not necessarily min/max but you want to avoid accidentally chosing something that is just bad
