How to kill Q II enemies?

They are highly resistant to all damage. You're going to need a pact with 3 donum users averaging 36,000 DMP hitting him with a Flame Dance 4 for 45-50,000 damage in one go to kill it before it can kill you. This is end game stats.
Also, never kill it physically. That just kills you too. Magic is the only safe way to kill them.

Is there any way to know beforehand if you will meet these or the other guys? Random? Chance? Based on how much mana above max? Ive met the pink superblob once, and gotten massacred by these bastards twice ... also, google sucks and no wiki :/

They're preset upon spawning, but there's no way to know until you actually engage the enemy what you got.
You can abuse that preset upon spawning thing to save scum. Make a suspend save, back up your save data elsewhere because suspends get deleted when you load them, load the suspend data and try it. If it's a reaper, leave the fight however it takes and find another one of those enemy symbols and repeat the process of making and backing up suspend data. Once you find the little unicycle guys, particularly the pink or gold ones since they drop exp boosting pacts, you can then just keep trying to force the drop by repeatedly restoring the suspend data.
