You need the 34 available curios, including the screw from the final request, wardrobe and book, (1 isnt obtainable yet which is why its 34 not 35) which are listed with their locations on that page.
I thought I was savvy, but I still somehow managed to miss 3 of them and had to use this to find the ones I missed.
If you are going blind this one does not only require you to essentially explore every single tile but also backtrack to old locations not once, not twice, not even a dozen, but probably over a hundred times across the whole game.
Knowing where you will have to go in advance kinda removes big part of backtracking since you can just setup a portal network.
That did the trick.
So, what CPT have said was false, you don't actually need to collect other "normal" curios.
I don't know what exactly cause to not trigger the event tho....
My guess is that either you ONLY need all 9 Curio'dart which means most people simply haven't gotten the Screw. OR the game has a check where you need all 9 PLUS a majority of the Curios but not all (maybe 80\90%).
It would make sense since getting 34 Curios for the good ending is such an arbitrary number as the game makes ZERO comments on the one Curio you can't reach, both before or after you've finally get it.
Seems even they admit that this part is a bit buggy to trigger.
Someone posted a guide up on steam that shows you the items you need and their drop locations in the Labyrinth.
