WINDOWS 11 FIX?
If you're running on a windows 11 and still facing the same issue as the rest e.g stuck loading screen and can't launch. Just disable the V-sync and Widescreen and then choose 1280 x 720 for the resolution. This method works in my end, I hope yours as well.
