Cant Launch the game
Error code is 0x36B1 Ive tried to install and reinstall all the c++ redist x64 x86 but it wont work at all any other solution ?

Did you try compatibility settings? I have no idea which ones would work. A little experimentation sometimes does it. Also, to disable the steam overlay. That does remove the steam features while playing the game (I believe it does anyway)

Go to ->Steam settings ->storage space
install "Steamworks" to your C: drive.
