juego tarda mucho para cargar la partida

el inicio esta correcto, pero al indicarle que inicie una nueva partida o cargar un nuevo juego se traba en la pantalla de carga, la unica forma que he encotada para medio solucionar el probleme es, cambiar de pantallas activas con CTRL + TAB en repetidas oaciones ! alguna solcion definitiva
? ( ya desinstale y verifique los archivos )

La solucion es simple, debes elegir la resolucion maxima que permita tu pc, mas mantener activado la patanlla paronamica y sincronizacion vertical. A mi me funciono en resolucion 1080p
