How about advanced things like Delayed Attacks, or how a Militia unit can be in a province yet there is "No Garrison"? Where can we find something comprehensive??

I am not sure theit "tutorial" cover even splitting of army. In results I see noobs with huge army where couple of wounded militia dramatically slowing down heavy tanks when on enemy ground
