Stuck at 41/42 Crystal Crows

I've been trying to beat the crows quest on hard mode, but the last crow isn't were it is suppose to be. The only room I haven't gotten a crow in is the north west Staff Hallway. I've looked up where it is on Youtube but it simple isn't their next to a bin.

Either I have shot it and it didn't count it, or because the room changes later in the game it doesn't spawn properly later at night.

I don't know which guide you saw, but there are no crow in the NW Hallway. I think it's the only place without.

There are a few rooms with 2 crows:
-The Ocean kingdom (one is hidden behind the banner in front of the submarine; stand next to the cigarette machine to see it)
-The Haunted Hill (I missed one that was high on the wall next to the metal door)
-Fairytale town has one at each end, and the central area with the crow shed also has 2.

You can get a secret map of secrets by solving the soda fountain puzzle in the restaurant; it will show the crows you got.

Thanks, this helped me get the last crow. I guess the crow I thought was suppose to be in the nw hall was one I had already gotten in one of the other hallways or utility corridors.
