Yes. Your ranking (mainly determined by never using hints, rarely healing, and never dying) unlocks a few new weapons and a save warp that is kind of redundant once you get the sprinting shoes. Playing NG+ also opens a new sidequest where you hunt and shoot crystal crows to get even more unlockable gear and cosmetics.
Most people who are just running through average about 3 to 5 hours. Going for 100% completion seems to bring it to 4 to 6 if you aren't using a guide.
Took me around 7 hours, I was bit lost few times and puzzles took while. But that's to be expected I'd say. I did few "optional contents" too but I wouldnt say it added more than hour.
5-7 hours most likely. Unless you want to 100% first playthro.
If you pick no-combat mode and focus on puzzles you might do it in less than 5h depending how used to you are with "horror game puzzles".
There is reason to replay the game, if you are into replaying games.
