Can you get all the secrets before finishing the game?

Asking because I'm about to enter the big main chamber after you find Harrison's body, which I assume will be the end of the game, and I've yet to solve 5 of these little secrets. But if it's NOT the end of the game, I was figuring something might open up.

Thanks, good to know! I take it that means the 15 secrets on the secret map can all be obtained in your first playthrough?

Okay, you can definitely get them all. Got real stumped so looked one up, and it was a solution I was considering but I didn't want to be "wasteful," and that was two in one, and lead to one of the other secret's answers. The fourth and fifth I just kind of noticed I wasn't being very thorough. All done!
