Enemy Collision Bug
Unsure if this is a known thing or not, but I wanted to give two examples of places where I encountered enemies behaving oddly. Before anything else, my specs are a 1070 GPU, 16 GB of RAM, Windows 10 (up to date), CPU's an i7-7700, which is an 8-core at 3.6 GHz each.

Basically, there are times where enemies behaved in a way which was distinctly not intended. The first instance was in the library room with the piano. I entered this place lategame (from the bell door), in order to get the flamethrower upgrade I knew was hidden in the painting. Two enemies had spawned since the last time I was there, which was one standing at the piano and one of the long-armed crawlers over by the vampire in its coffin, next to the painting which was my target. I first ran toward the piano, noticed the enemy, then ran toward the flamethrower painting and saw the second enemy. I juked it around and inspected the painting to make sure I remembered its piano solution input correctly, and when I turned around, both enemies had teleported to near the middle of the room, upper-right from where the piano was standing from my perspective of looking at it from that painting. There was no apparent reason for this. It wasn't that I had let them walk around, it was that they instantly teleported when I inspected the painting, overlapping each other.

The second instance of odd behavior was at basically the end of the game. After entering Crow's office (the gold key door), taking care of things there, and walking back out, there were still enemies left in the other room. This is the same room with the iron maiden shortcut that leads to the Dungeon room. I juked past the very large shambler and went toward the iron maiden (I had previously pulled the lever to open the gate, covering the hole with magnum ammo in it), and saw a spiked shambler blocking my path. I cut left, so it was standing near the gate with me on the other side of the room from it, and it walked directly toward me and through the wall, emerging (from my perspective) on the left side of the locker. I'm unsure if it somehow wedged itself behind the gate, but I can tell you that it absolutely didn't spawn behind the gate, because I saw it not in that position at the start.

The first instance here might have been caused by pathing logic breaking and causing enemies to default to a starting position, but the second is potentially more serious, because either all enemies can walk through walls in the right conditions or there is a collision issue in this specific room. Just in case it matters, I had been running the game for about 2.5 to 3 hours when these things happened, and this was on Murder of Crows.

As an unrelated side note, the game likes to hang and say "not responding" for a couple seconds when loading large rooms like the central hallway named Crow Country, but this has nothing to do with the enemy collision and is just something I figured I would mention in case it's also unexpected based on my specs. Not a huge deal either way, I finished the game with no problems. This could easily be due to me running the game off an HDD and not an SSD.

I had one instance of a similar thing. After exiting the submarine, one of the enemies walked right through the metal railing to the left and came right at me. This was on Murder of Crows setting.
