Possible alternative ending?

I been trying to ignore the calls and all the interactions with other characters, that ends on them being killed so the crow cures are enough for healing him at the end of the game but i spot magically the cures amount are less so he cant be saved.. maybe we will get an alt ending in the future?..

Also I spot that the monster of the pipes are saving us before the final battle. We can hurt that monster but we cant defeat it before it attacks the girl. Maybe there is a way to kill it? that could prevent us to not being shoot at the end?
