How realistic is Aerofly's FS 4 Airbus A320 as a study level grade aircraft?
Especially, the FMS/FMGS and systems wise.

Looking forward to hearing everyones input on this. Thank you!

As an Aerospace Engineer its quite good, although I still don't understand how they (Devs or Airbus) actually segregated the Lateral motion of yaw and rolling. You take a yaw motion with rudder, you're suppossed to go into roll also according the Flight Dynamics Prinicpal. Boeing aircrafts does not have this, so I'm little confused as to whether Airbus did this or the devs. Flight Managment System is actually modeled good here both both Boeing and Airbus Aircrafts. Hope that I was able to give a good outlook :0

Fly by wire aircraft counteract the rolling motion to some extent.

The MCDU is modeled and you can interact with it but it's not a full study level simulation. It is realistic for the most part but not all things like direct to, airways and holds are implemented quite yet. The autopilot has all real world modes though and behaves quite realistic.

Check out the feature list of the A320 on our homepage:

It is a basic implementation of the FMS.

Physics and autopilot logic are implemented quite well.

Pŕoper route editing is not implkemented, you can't even put waypoints in a certain order, things like that. Also, no direct to.

As a game for beginners, it is ok, but not remotely comparable with Fenix or Toliss.
