But they said NO, they will not go this route.
Makes sense from what they said their games should be.
On the other hand I would sell a PVE Version for a fix price with 1 plot and lets say 5 Dollar for each additional plot. So people can play like they want.
IMHO it would not effect the game at all, cause people who are attracted to this model, will not go with the way the game is now and for sure will not go with their subscription idea.
Atlas was able to do this on one server box. Not sure of how it worked but thats my understanding
Pax is doomed to die in the sense that without a "private" server side or "seasonal wipes", people are going to eventually be forced out. 1-5 guilds will eventually run the entire game and you play by their rules, or they dont let you play
And please refrain from telling other people what to do.
I would love a private server version but to be fair the description on the store page says, "Welcome to a vast, social sandbox MMO inspired by the legends of the medieval era. Here, myths are real, ghosts exist, and magic is unquestioned. Join thousands of players as you explore the land, build your home, forge your reputation, and craft your own stories. What world will you make?"
