Pax Dei
Needs to be changed
To advance in the game and get more recipes I have to keep making things and then throw the surplus away for no use! The shop doesn't help, even no giving it to people for free. There should be some system for using products, or improving sales, ... I can only sell for a clan, I'm not in any because all clans are dead...
Poor overview of resource locations, for example I can't find red onions anywhere, even when I was over the border, and it's very difficult to walk there because all support is turned off, that should also be changed, how can I search the territory and get new resources when I'm limited in my own protection? I know I should get stronger, but for example I can't progress in cooking and I'm basically at the beginning, because I need red onions, I think it's the 3rd product, (the black cauldron), and it's a low level. Maybe it would be good to include the option of having own vegetable garden in the game.? I would like that...
PS: I'll add one more thing that bothers me and that's the size of the inventory. I've never seen such a small inventory in any similar game. Please increase the inventory.
I also noticed that I can't find suitable land, especially near the river. The places are densely populated but dilapidated, apparently abandoned, but can't build on them.

Thank you for your insight. Pax Dei is still in EA and many things are getting reworked. This said, we are aware that specific crafts need higher level items or create a lot of items that are not usable on the long run. This will be kept in mind, while the game is being developed further.

A lot of ideas were mentioned by Players before and as you also noted the recycling system as a money sink was brought to the attention as well.

Which you might not know yet, you can also use the higher level crafting tables and crafting stations of other players. You're not bound to build everything on your own. This often can help with the level up process.

I was using https://paxdei.gaming.tools/ to find where to get things. They don't always have things listed near you but if you look at the biome type shown on the map then go to that biome type near you the gatherable you are looking for will likely be there. I don't know what it is called but red onions are in the biome with the whitish plants/trees with reddish splotches on the ground. There will also be red currants, black trumpet , hops, apples, starwort, bay boyle, deathcap and skullcap in the same type biome.

Seems like you have a lot of issues. Clans aren't dead. Still plenty of active clans. There isn't anywhere (except for dungeons and poi) you can't go in your unexceptional cloth pants gathering items. You don't need a weapon, you don't need food, you don't need potions. The game is sooo much easier now with added early level items it's ridiculous. Most notably Oroael's Tunic... straight up OP. You just need to learn how to not agro mobs. Not that hard.

Are you talking about the "Market" when you say shop? You must be talking about another game because anyone can visit your market and buy your goods/wares. As for giving things to people for free... you definitely must be talking about another game because you CAN actually give things away for free... you make the container PUBLIC. MANY people in game do this, they set up a chest in front of their property for free items.

Red onions are found in the Forsaken Forest. If you haven't seen the legend on the map in-game... it's in the lower left-hand corner.. will show you what the Forsaken Forest biome looks like.. that's where you'll find red onions. Careful of the Lost Souls (ghost-like npcs) and the Dire Wolves / occasional Bear. It's really not all that difficult to solo zig-zag your way thru slowly and methodically to farm stuff completely under-geared.

I didn't mean that giving things to people for free doesn't work, but that it doesn't solve the problem with the surplus of manufactured goods, because people are not interested in so many things that they can of course make themselves. As for exploring areas beyond the border, you really can't successfully search for resources there, even in armor, because there are larger animals and all support potions and food are turned off after crossing the map border. Again, I wasn't talking about searching for resources on your own territory.
The market doesn't work for me, I have a sales stand created but I can't enter the price of the product and I only have the option to enter sales for the clan. I don't know, maybe it's set up differently and elsewhere, in that case it should be explained more clearly.
Of course I know about the legend on the map, for to find onions the Forsaken forest is not in my territory, I have to go to it BEYOND THE MAP BOUNDARIES, and here we are again...

It's definitely helpful advice, but the problem for me is that I have all the things to make a recipe, but when I take a construction hammer, I don't have the option to create the recipe, the option is not there anywhere. I can make higher products, like a floor, but it can't be built. For this reason, I can't build a better, nicer house..
I am still waiting for them to fix the point of view.
When building it is absolutely atrocious. Your cursor is fixed in the middle of your screen & your character is in the middle of your screen so when building your character is constantly in the way of what you are targeting. especially when looking up & if you are looking down & on the edge of being under something (a roof a beam or whatever) because you are trying to put your fixed cursor at a certain point. Your POV starts constantly changing (in or out) which moves your cursors targeting. it is absolutely maddening when we are trying to build more complex things. Then you finally get your guy just to the side of your cursor while aiming up to put your cursor exactly where you want it & what happens? You character now sways in front of your cursor again *aargh* Figured this would get fixed before to long, but it hasnt. & with the rumor of wipes & going 1.0 this year. I feel afraid this will get ignored.

With building & combat crazy how things from behind you will blind you. Why is that a thing?
Was fighting a gray bear & swing move back a little or side step or whatever & suddenly a tree not next to me is blinding my screen from behind my battle. All I am seeing is pine needles from a branch. if 3rd person is here to stay. Which I assume it is. Then you should never be blinded from your own character on screen under any circumstances. Looking up a hill a blade of grass can blind your vision from behind. This is very silly. Pine trees are the biggest culprit. Walk into a group of them & you cant see nothing at all anywhere. you have to change your point of view to a certain spot to pick up resources off the ground even.
Most is just a major nuisance, but building is just absolutely maddening. Sometimes I have to build a stone wall behind me just so I can get a clear view of what I am trying to target in that moment. This shouldnt have to be a thing.
Please please please fix how our point of view operates.

While I am needlessly complaining. Might as well throw in the lighting. I know I heard this is probably one of the last things to be fixed in the game, so I patiently await this, but figured while in this post I will throw back out there as well. it is just weird to be in the daytime in a dark area of your buildings & with light sources & it is darker. You have to wait for night for the lights to work. also at dawn your dark areas are actually darker for some reason. In the time we dont have any real sunlight & the light sources goes out, because it is technically daytime. those areas are worse. Not sure if you devs know about that part or not.

+1
I just want to be able to move my built objects rather than having to rebuild the stuff....

Crafting from chests is a close second QOL request which I"m sure the devs have heard dozens of times by now.

I think they want you using your chests & organizing them.
so in that case. I wouldnt mind being able to craft from chests if the chest with the resources in it were close to whichever table.
