Pax Dei does not have griefing problems (at least not now). But it is a sandbox MMO in EA. Make sure that you understand what you are getting into if you decide to try it.
as someone said it IS zone oriented. so pvp zones and pve zones. stay out of the pvp zones and you dont encounter it~ at least not for now.........the games in extreme early dev like........extreme. so idk if they'll change it or not.
I am in the same boat as you, but to my understanding and what I've been told -- it is the classic "you don't need to PvP but if you want the best crafting material, you need to go in the PvP zone to get it". So, it can advertise optional PvP but it's not really.
The best crafting ingredients can only be found by PvP or PvE dungeons/Mobs etc. So either you join a clan, or you grow a pair. Otherwise you'll encounter progression issues.
What does that have to do with how you enjoy gaming. It has nothing to do with ones' pair. Really weird take on gaming in general.
