Pax Dei

Pax Dei

Where have all the blueberries gone?
I have found some, but what was once plentiful is now scarce. Rosemary, on the other hand, was always difficult, but now it's almost impossible. This lack of gatherables doesn't make sense.

check the 'pax dei interactive map' and select your shard.
use google to find it, i dont think they'll let me post a link to it.

The interactive map is way out of date. The map in the Pax Dei Database, if you look under gatherable, is usually more accurate, but it too is now out of date.
I went looking again and found more blueberries in locations not noted in either website. So, the blueberries aren't gone, just moved. Now to find more rosemary.

last update remove some clay nodes, and replace them with others. as for interactive map it hardly shows anything in my zone (ulaid) hope someone will make a overlay like in gw2 for node runs

I know they said they were going to change the clay nodes, but it looks like they changed a lot of others. Now I can't find lemon grass. Minerals seem to not have changed. I'm in Sif/Merrie and I move through several zones.

Maybe because people put plots on on the spawn preventing them from spawning?
Seems like an issue for more materials.

The only change we made was for the Clay Nodes. The number of Clay nodes were reduced by half, whereas they will yield now twice as much Clay. No other nodes or flowers or collectibles were changed. Therefore they are as rare or as widespread as ever.

Who is we? Are you claiming to be one of the developers? Because if you are, you are doing a lousy job of communicating. It doesn't matter how many times you tell me the grass in front of my house is purple, my experience is that it is brown. Denying the experience of your customers is the quickest way to go out of business. Instead of telling me the blueberries I reported missing are really there, go and look for yourself.

I find blueberries everywhere, I believe it depends on where you live as well as all the other gatherables and mineables, they seam to have there own locations...but I'm not sure. I usually find them in the woods around trees. And I have been finding them by chance when shopping wood. I had problems findings strawberries for a while, but using the Pax Dei Interactive map has helped a lot. And I believe that it is always in progress, isn't it? (maybe I'm wrong, but I think you can add stuff/report new finds) Plus blueberries aren't blue when you look for them, you only see them from above so they look like green tiny bushes.
Anyways I hope this helps a little bit. Have a great search Sulevia.

Wow, guy is just plain rude.
I can find blueberries everywhere as well.. have so many, I even sell them.
Maybe you're just in an active area and people are farming it as well? Try to check out the marketstall and buy some, if you need more. Or do you want to tell me, there are no humanoid monsters either to farm gold, so you can't buy them either?

To tell a Dev who is directly answering your question that they communicate bad, is just laughable. They said blueberries were not changed, yet you want them to LIE and tell you they changed things? :VGRUMPY:

But to be fair, the clay spots changed, they are indeed rarer. Even if the drop is higher now, it is harder to find them. But this was communicated in the patch notes.

I noticed aswell that some Iron and Granite nodes were missing after the Patch..

This problem has happened every time there is a major update. Several plant gatherables disappear. This time it was blueberries that irritated me. But I've heard complaints about other plants from other people in the past. Trees, rocks, ore, and clay don't move after major updates, but berries, mushrooms, and herbs always change locations. They usually stay in the same general area. Which is why the interactive maps are never exact and always have to be updated, but can act as a general guide.
I am not asking anyone to lie. I am, however, suggesting that they listen to what I am saying. Those of us who spend a lot of time gathering and crafting, playing the game as merchants, know exactly where all the items we need are located. Just in case, we also mark our in-game maps. When I couldn't find blueberries in the familiar locations, I waited to see if they would respawn. When they didn't, I went looking in the same general area for new locations without any luck. I have had to remap my game for blueberries, rosemary, strawberries, enoki, lemongrass, and elderberries. However, I am finding more elderberries than before.
As for the clay nodes, they are in the same locations as they were before the last big update, there are just fewer nodes and they do give a lot more than before. No problem there.
Additionally, I am not some child whining and fussing about something I don't understand. Like a lot of Pax Dei players, I am retired. I've enjoyed meeting the over 60 crowd in this game. Life has taught all of us that any business that refuses to listen to its customers will eventually fail.

Not ture. I farmed alot (like all the others here) and I can say for sure there was no Sage close to our buiulding site. Now there is. I was only online for a very short time yesterday, just to test if everything is running smoothly after setting up a new PC, so if this is different there is for sure more!
I cant find rosemary now but blueberries are freaking all over the dam place where I am
