Graphics are Flickering

Does anyone know the fix for this? Best Settings? I'm running a NVIDIA 3060Ti.

Not sure, it's happening to me. I thought if I enabled vsync it'd stop, but it didn't. I have a rtx 3060. I've messed around with graphic settings to no avail. Usually it happens in weird spots as if the camera can't justify it's location.

I fixed it. I followed their procedure to reset graphics to default, and it stopped. So much better now.
Close your game client
• Open the Start menu, paste the following text and press Enter: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\PaxDei\Saved\SaveGames\
• From this folder, delete the file: GraphicSettings.sav
• Open the Start menu, paste the following text and press Enter: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\PaxDei\Saved\Config\WindowsClient\
• From this folder, delete the file: GameUserSettings.ini
• Run your game client and you should now be using default user settings (audio settings, graphics settings & key binds)
• From here you can customize your settings again as needed

I got some flickering problems, always on foliage at first sight, and often on some mobs in forest. I can play with that, just annoying...
(I think they got many problems cause of the camera view and loadings)

I tried this procedure, but it didn't change anything for me.
I tried many things before, nothing works.

*** RX 7900 GRE, and with this game I got high temperature :/ acceptable

This likely has something to do with the auto optimize settings in the new nvidia app. It's set to auto optimize by default, but I had it set to manual. After manually optimizing I started seeing the flicker.

Update: Best Frame Rate for my system settings currently. In the ingame settings menu I have it configured as follows;
Fullscreen
1920X1080
High
Motion Blur Off
Vsync Off
TSR
Performance
Steaming Distance 100%

Now I am avergaing 60 + frame rate.

This helped me greatly.
