If you search discord for "ShaderCodeArchive.cpp" you will see people were reporting this error since release.
If the game got an update while you was offline, I would assume it was caused by the developers. Maybe something related to your building.

You can maybe try to see if another character can login logout login again... and if will crash when gets close to your building or if can logout and login again near your building.

Welp, since the game won't load up I'm not going to be able to do much login testing but I will submit a support ticket after I try a few things.

Maybe the game has some settings stored locally. If you find that folder try to delete it (move it somewhere else).

This is a common issue, your graphics settings are corrupted, it happens after updates sometimes. Here is the fix to your solution.

Close your game client
• Open the Start menu, paste the following text and press Enter: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\PaxDei\Saved\SaveGames\
• From this folder, delete the file: GraphicSettings.sav
• Open the Start menu, paste the following text and press Enter: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\PaxDei\Saved\Config\WindowsClient\
• From this folder, delete the file: GameUserSettings.ini
• Run your game client and you should now be using default user settings (audio settings, graphics settings & key binds)
• From here you can customize your settings again as needed

a) The main cause is unstable CPU if you have any recent intel K SKU (for example 13700K)
b) The secondary cause is corrupted files or unstable memory system

So it depends, if you have that Intel CPU:

Can confirm, reduced multiplier to 53 on i9-13900k no more crashes.
I resolved mine simply by rolling back the GPU driver to the last version, restarting PC, updating GPU again, restarting PC... and started right up.

Thank for the investigation folks!

yeah but if it was a chip error (and i have that chip) then why does it work perfectly in every other game, even those running on unreal engine. Its just this game that is the problem

Update BIOS of the motherboard :

Intel® has localized the Vmin Shift Instability issue to a clock tree circuit within the IA core which is particularly vulnerable to reliability aging under elevated voltage and temperature. Intel has observed these conditions can lead to a duty cycle shift of the clocks and observed system instability.
