If the game got an update while you was offline, I would assume it was caused by the developers. Maybe something related to your building.
Submit a bug report at
https://support.playpaxdei.com/hc/en-us
You can maybe try to see if another character can login logout login again... and if will crash when gets close to your building or if can logout and login again near your building.
Welp, since the game won't load up I'm not going to be able to do much login testing but I will submit a support ticket after I try a few things.
This is a common issue, your graphics settings are corrupted, it happens after updates sometimes. Here is the fix to your solution.
Close your game client
• Open the Start menu, paste the following text and press Enter: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\PaxDei\Saved\SaveGames\
• From this folder, delete the file: GraphicSettings.sav
• Open the Start menu, paste the following text and press Enter: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\PaxDei\Saved\Config\WindowsClient\
• From this folder, delete the file: GameUserSettings.ini
• Run your game client and you should now be using default user settings (audio settings, graphics settings & key binds)
• From here you can customize your settings again as needed
b) The secondary cause is corrupted files or unstable memory system
So it depends, if you have that Intel CPU:

Can confirm, reduced multiplier to 53 on i9-13900k no more crashes.
Thank for the investigation folks!
