Must be.
"Mouse Invert option has been added", should make them be overjoyed and buy the game now? I doubt it, I think they were just complaining about it for the hell of it. They will think of something else now to complain about and reason for not buying the game.
"Fixed an issue where parts of the character's body would clip through the underwear". Really would have preferred to read. "Because of feedback from the community, we decided to replace the ugly nappies (diapers), with appealing underwear that can be crafted through tailoring."
Every game has a population drop shortly after release. Many play for a few hours, then decide to leave till game is more developed.
Adding quests, NPC's and speeding up skill gain, would displease those who actually play the game like me, while maybe appealing to streamer kids and their simps who would quit when they maxed everything anyway.
Dev's should only listen to those who actually play. Not those who post about how they want the game to change before they buy it.
Adding NPC's would add to this game instead of the opposite. There is no need to speed up skill gain but the drop rate for certain resources... looking at you animal hide, should definitely be adjusted. Our guild went on a 6 hour hide run and we got 8 of the tier two hide... that is just plain bananas.
Combat is... well there is no real combat. The game is a shell at this point, and I am really struggling to see what the developers actually did. From the first closed test about 8 months ago, no meaningful change was done to the game, that is a concern with a lot of people.
What is everyone progressing towards? PVP is brain dead, with guild just spamming fire to anyone that comes through the gate, crafting better gear does not feel rewarding at all because again... combat is a place holder for when they actually get to working on it. I can keep going.
Building is fine but very limited because its jank af, I am having a harder time everyday to see a reason to continue playing. I got my moneys worth with the 90 hours or so and probably will move until they actually add something meaningful to the game.
I also do not see why they are using open field nodes for ore and rock and clay when they have giant rocks and mountains everywhere we could be hitting on to get those materials.
Yes. The last thing the devs need is to be stuck in an echo chamber.
So it's basically just a big show of nothing - making people believe that the devs are really kicking it into high gear, when it's just to silence the masses. lol
As a coder, I can assure you, the less "flashy" a bug is/sounds, the harder it is to hunt down and stamp out. Every gpt-kid and stackoverflow cut+paste coder can fix a hard crash...things that are not technically bugs in the code but rather glitches are much harder to tackle.
Thanks to the devs, I can finally play the game now, so that's fine with me for now and I rather have little fixes than none at all.
Let's hope they can address the concerns about combat in general and pvp specifically quick, because that's an important part of such a game. Not to mention the animal hides....
