Yeah, let me reword that for you. We exclude others from being considered based on their skin color and gender. They would like you to ignore their racism however and give them money monthly because they don't care what color and gender you are when your giving them money. Stay far away from this product.

No it's not. When you have specific tasks that need doing and you hire someone for their sexual orientation, skin color or religious preference instead of the most qualified individual, you are in fact breaking a Federal law known as discrimination.

Oh except that isn't what was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ said was it. DEI doesn't say you hire based on race. It says you hire based on who is the most qualified and if people are of equal qualifications then you might hire because diversity tends to create a better work place with increased ideas versus a group of people who all have the same ideas pitching the same thing over and over. You can't point out a single incident of DEI having an effect on anything other than ♥♥♥♥ media claiming it was DEI's fault with literally no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ proof.

Well, I think they may have one Asian in the group. The company stated they use DEI for their hiring process. The fact the entire team is white only means they are hypocrites or that DEI is a pointless gesture and only used as virtue signaling. Take your pick, I don't care. My opinion on DEI is that it's not even needed as the hiring process has always been whoever is most qualified. If two people with different ethnicity were both qualified, it went to who had more experience. Does this mean, people of color never get hired? Nope, never did. It's a complete and utter fallacy, just like systemic racism.

Before anyone chimes in with the US history on slavery. They need to dig deeper into humanity's past and see when and where slavery started, where it still exists and so on. I'm tired of all this BS rhetoric because some people want to play victim 24/7.

i agree, go woke go broke in the vast majority of cases but a game like this is too good to pass up on.

I always thought this kind of hiring practice is kinda stupid.
You should hire the best candidates for that particular job.
Everything else is not good for the company and even less for the hired person. They will only face resentment and even wore if you hired the best person there will be always the speculation if that was so or just to cater to an agenda.
Really a stupid system.
I am a woman and it started with the demand to hire more women in / for certain positions. I was and always will be strictly against such practice.
If a company rather want to hire a certain type than the best, their loss. If you are really good in what you are doing you will succeed!
Sometimes the best person simply would not fit into a team, in that case a second best could be the right choice. To make everything about race, gender or ideology will be a downfall sooner or later.

The word you are looking for is racism, in this case systemic racism. It is what you are advocating for. No matter what a company does -- and let's be 100% clear, the reason companies make these disclaimers is so they can get the best candidates to apply, not just people of a certain color. You will never know why a person was hired. You aren't privy to that information -- when you see a person of color that got hired and assume they were hired to fill a diversity quota (no such quotas exist from any government), you are already saying "I don't know anything about this person except their skin color and I am going to assume that some poor white guy wasn't given this position to make room for this black guy who didn't deserve the job." Stop giving a ♥♥♥♥ about what color the person hired was and do your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ job. You don't know ♥♥♥♥, no one does, no matter how many ♥♥♥♥♥♥ fan fic stories they write.

Hate to burst your bubble but there is without question quotas in every major industry. Didn't you just see the news of the three lades that won the lawsuit for 2 mill based on this exact subject? Blows your narrative right out of the water......Accept the truth and move on
