South East Asia
Going to suck for us because nobody is going to be speaking English on the south east Asia server, I assume most Australians will just play on 300ms American servers :/
Not to mention the high cheater % that region always has.
I hope I am wrong, I pray I am wrong, but this is the info I could find.
Still, I am OVER playing on 300ms servers, I'll just play solo on Asia, maybe join a guild if I can find one that speaks English.
I'm not mad I am just dissapointed
^ This 100%.
Another aussie here that will be playing on NA because I dont want to deal with the cheating, hacking Chinese zergs that destroy every game for OCE players.
Also the OCE servers are likely to be hosted in Singapore ?.
Unless you live in WA or NT, then Singapore hosted servers are ok ping wise for the other 80% of Aussies live on the other side of the country and the US West ping is a lot better than Singapore.
When is spring in Australia?
They have commented in discord there will be OCE servers but seem to be refusing to say or reply where they'll be located. If it's in Singapore you might as well play in NA anyway.
For the more specific location I will need to find out and get back yo you
Thanks it will mean a big difference to Australian and New Zealand players if they're in Singapore 90% of those players will choose to play on NA servers because of the ping issues.
THANK YOU!!
...Right?
We have not yet discussed sub pricing
That's good news.
Hopefully there is a reasonable test/entry price otherwise I might wait for reviews etc.
