Report a translation problem
1) their low tier gear actually have better "scores" (possible as they only judge by score, and the score function may not be optimized). in fact, they "downgrade" some times.
2) tourists bought up the stuff? (can be workaround if you set up unlimited sales -- auto-production + auto-refill stock)
3) they don't have time off (e.g. did you lock them into bounties after bounties they they don't have time to shop?)
I find that armor at least, will eventually be bought and used (but it takes a long time with an auto-setup). Weapons though seems slower (and the kiv weapons that nobody uses like one-handed sword/hammers will not get sold).
