I'm probably missing it somewhere that I forgot to scroll a tooltip, but I can't figure out where to craft these things for the murloc sage at the end of Treasure Island. I tried putting them on auto buy, but none have come up for sale in a six year (so far) game.

Would someone please tell me which tech I need to make these, and which building it comes out of? Thanks in advance.

If I remember correctly, they are made at the work station (the small crafting table)
