It's pretty on par for we'll just machine auto translate the whole thing. So stuff like off/disabled turns into close.

It's not a third option, it's the fourth option.
It's reads (from the top to bottom):
New game
Load game
Achivements
Settings
Quit

The language option will be the only option on the first Tab.
The confirmation button is the middle one.

If your game doesn't switch to English follow these steps:
Open game.
Click 4th option from the top, on the left of your screen.
On the window that opens choose the top left button.
The menu below that, there are ◄left and right► arrows, click through the top most row(top right arrows on screen).
