Little help out there .... stuck

Need help with 2 things.... one, how do I train soldiers? I have the buildings but when I click on the buildings there is no way to train soldiers, I need 6 of something??

Second question is on PC how do I rotate my buildings when placing them?

Shift + mousewheel will rotate a building. I just started so I don't know how to recruit yet. If you go into the shortcuts menu it tells you all the keyboard shortcuts.

You need weapons produced by a weaponsmith. For those you need iron ore. Once you have 6 weapons, you can recruit a group of soldiers.
