Why? I'm already sick of trying to RNG my way into some specific builds to get achievements, especially when some of them don't even work (such as "no pain no gain" if you are wondering edit: I'm probably wrong about this one, need to retest). Add spell reroll into stores then, at the very least.
Stone Meld + Everguard atrtifact are the most broken combo that instantly wins every Descent 9 run - marking it as Rare is the very least that can be done to nerf it a bit. Armor should be probably capped at 100 or 200 unless the enemies/bosses get more ways around it.
Finding the artifact on its own is already very hard. I have seen it like twice so far, and took it zero times, because the build was not suited for it. And I don't think there is anything wrong with having strong combos. Maybe I'm the wrong target audience, but if everything is mediocre at best, I'm not going to have any fun.
