Also, the game have problems with the translation... I'm playing in Spanish, and the text for this mission has appeared in French.

This is an inversion, then.... because the text is in spanish when you play in french ^^

I had a forum of well over 60 TILES, but that included buildings. so it must be 60 open tiles together
