Stuck in Story Campaign without money

I messed up after starting the campaign city which requires me to build bath buildings. I forgot to build the market, got no people moving in and while trying to cover the expenses lost all that was left of my personal money. I tried to restart the map, but the minimum gift to the city is 5 and I have nothing. So now I am sitting on the world map without any option to move on. Is there any solution to get back to an earlier savegame without replaying the whole campaign?
(I already tried to delete the latest city-file from the folder, but I still have no money to restart the map.)

Yeah, it would be nice if there was a simple "restart city".

I made a similar post just now, if i lose a single mission, meaning having 0 food because i forgot a granary and 0 income because i have 0 food, the game makes me lose the mission. Instead of restarting said mission, the game deleted my entire storymode save file so that i would need to play the entire storymode again for failing 1 mission.

yes, same problem. i'm without money on campaign, if i try to build a new settlement (deleted by a bug, but it not the question) i tried to sell my unique slave but the button do nothing, waiting for a solution :D
