Games are starting to be very expensive. If a $70 game is only so little hours to beat and to 100%, than would the cost justify the play time.
That was an example on why people how concerned about play time in a game.
what a surprise devs lying about something
I wouldn't trust it.
I started playing the game yesterday (I stream in Twitch).
I played for 5 hours and according to items you get in the game and stuff like that I can ASSURE you that I am, at best, around 25% done in the game.
I tend to play games kinda slowly because I like to ENJOY them (and not rush like a madman to beat the game as fast as possible) but this is not an open -world or a sandbox game. So there's only so much time you can spend "idling" or running around exploring without real purpose.
So, I think 20 hours is probably the right estimate.
Obviously, more or less according to how you play and stuff like that.
What I know for sure is that there are 4 weapons to collect / acquire, and that after what I gather is the 1st temple, I still only have one weapon....
Lol.
I haven't, i just bought the game on PS5. Calm down smh....
I didnt found all upgrades or shards but you dont need to and i saw no point. I fully upgraded my two favorite weapons without really needing to search that much for shards or leave alone farming XP.
So as long as you dont go for 100 % for the sake of it, i dont really see how you get to 20 hours tbh.
I was able to rush the end tho. I didnt felt like using the shards for the fists or spear weapon, so i was able to fully upgrade the hammer in the end right away. That thing basically melts thru enemy hords with the spinning move. Nothing can stand against it.
The game starts a bit slow but in the end i really enjoyed playing it and 15 hours is about as long a game like this can stay interesting. It is not really deep enough for 20 or 25 hours despite being a fun game. I guess every gamer should understand what i mean.
