Help with Razor Memory

I am currently only missing the 'Call an Ambulance' memory for the Razor and I can't figure it out for the life of me. Anyone have this one unlocked/know how to get to it?

You have to choose punch option to the Razor in chapter 3. This option can be happened if you choose not take the blade and just approaching The Razor in chapter 2. Then, choose first option "we're fighting her obviously" and next option ".... I'm going to punch her now" in chapter 3

I have got all the cg scenes. Most difficult cg scenes which I got are "Dang both of you to an incomplete existence." (Keep choose to runaway/flee from heading to cabin in most chapter 2) and The Cage good outcomes scenes (without getting killed)
