How to do i get the last two cgi from the prisoner

sooo Im close to get the gallery achievement but i need to get the patient heart cgi and the, you've been here before, and now your here again. whole. cgi in the prisoner route but im not having any luck in getting them

both achievements can be obtained by asking the prisoner about the chains and then stepping closer towards it
