Anyone have an updated achievement guide/im trying to get all memories for "The Beast" and "Den Route"

For The Den Route, I'm missing "See through her eyes at the end of everything," which I'm unsure how to get.
For The Beast Route, I'm missing "Make Your Way To Her Heart And End This", "You've been here before", "A cunning heart," and "See through her eyes at the end of everything." All of which I do not know how to get </3

"See through her eyes at the end" is just ending one of your routes with the beast so one of your pictures where she talks about that route from her pov, like that black/white pic during the final fight when you're gods is from the beast's pov you can find out how to do it here under The Beast where is says "saving" the princess https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3262642539 (At least I am PRETTY sure this is how to do it, someone please correct me if I'm wrong)

see through her eyes - get through the shifting mound segment after doing the dens/beasts route
make your way to her heart - slay the beast after being devoured (i forgot what the option was, but dont choose any other option besides clawing at her)
you've been here before - get past the mirror
a cunning heart - talk to shifty at the end of the chapter
