A question regarding save files and gallery progress

Hello, is it possible to transfer game progress you got in one client onto the other? You see, I have pirated the game to try it out, but I ended up completing it twice and buying the game, as well as the supporter pack on steam to support the devs. I want to continue playing the game on steam, but would it be possible to transfer my gallery progress? Would it be cheating?
If it's too cheaty, then I'll understand and replay the same routes again, but if it's alright and possible I would be glad to continue working on the gallery in steam version here. Thank you and much love

If it's on the same device, your saves should automatically transfer over. If they don't though, you can just move the contents of the "save" folder in your pirated install directory into the new steam one. Gallery progress should be saved in the "persistent" file
