I need help to unlock one CG in the gallery (Memories)

Well, the witch has two final CGs, and the second one says "See through her confident eyes at the end of everything". So, apparently there are two ways to obtain the witch?, because I have the first final CG (the one that says "See through her broken eyes at the end of everything") and i don't know how to get the second one. Thanks
