Game not starting/immidiate crash
I try to start the game, and it does not even load, and a notepad thing opens with a wall of text that looks like "code?" I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing. First time it crashed was right after the very first dialogue choice. Then crashed again right as the cabin door opened.

Try manually deleting the contents of your installation (without deleting the game folder itself) and then re-verifying.

I went to my documents, found the folder for the game, deleted everything but the game, verified it like before which had 11k things it reaquired, and game still crashes imminently just as before.

Sorry, I'm drawing a blank. Try another device if you have one? There's clearly an issue with the installation from the error messages, but that's not something we have any real control over outside of the install verification loop, unfortunately.

Thanks for trying. I only have my current laptop. I'll try again off and on and hopfully i'll be able to play it. If anything, i'll try buying the game on another platform.

Out of curiosity, does the demo work for you?

I chose to install the demo, and it seems to be working fine for now. Will update if it still crashes the same.
