Slay the Princess Points Shop not loading

I am not quite sure WHERE to request help on this but-

No matter how I approach it, whether visiting the website on browser, app, or another device--- windows 7, 10, 11-

The Points Shop for Slay the Princess, and ONLY slay the princess, isn't loading.

I have cleared Cache, restarted Steam, used other devices to visit it, and none of them seem to work.

I see "slay the princess" and everything below it is blank.

I check other games and the items are available.

I've checked with friends and apparently it loads for some but not others.

If anyone has a solution to this, please let me know.

Try opening a ticket with Steam — the point shop's functionality, outside of us putting items in it, is outside of our control.

Happened to me too, went to account details and checked the first 3 options as fine for store and community. Fixed the problem. Not sure if that's how it works for everyone that has this problem though :/
