I suppose it would depend on how you play. This is a game with many differing paths and endings. It's something of a mystery with each path revealing more of what is really going on so I imagine most players will want to play through multiple times to flesh things out enough to get a proper grasp on the story. At it's heart this is a VN, a very good one, so how fast you read and how much you tend to explore will greatly affect play through times.

You can get a pretty good idea of the amount of content by looking at the play times in the reviews. At the upper end you see a lot of reviewers with play times between about 15 and 20 hours.

I 100% it-something that entails going over almost every route in the game-in about 12 hours.

Personal take, I was finished at 100% at 15.8 hours but spent a further 1.2 after just exploring the various scenarios.
