Stuck at Beast and Razor

I should clarify-please do not give me story spoilers. Just give me the bare outlines. Hints are fine.

I have gotten every other one in the demo, I've gotten a lot of permutations of these, I got one Razor-related Vessel that has an apparently .1% amount of players who've gotten it-multiple times!-but I can't find a way to get either of them directly. No matter what, I get killed and sent to a Chapter 3. I'm clearly not done but I don't know what to do to get these.

Just to be clear, do you need the "beast" or the "den"?

Also stuck with Razor, got the "rare" ending but not the common one that apparently half of people got? HALP

I got the den, I don't have the beast.

To get the beast, in spoilers because there really is no other way to explain it:

You actually have plenty of occasion, once you're facing the beast, get swallowed and tell her you'll let her leave with you. She will spit you out and you'll get her ending.

Barest hints for Razor: all the vessel-related achievements are post-chapter 2.

It seems as though the achievement for the Razor is bugged, and if it wasn't bugged the process is the exact same as it is for collecting the heart except that you grab the knife before confronting the razor.

It sounds like the razor achievements are little wonky right now. I'll take a look in the morning!
