I think the hidden achievement is the "good ending" one. Just slay the princess without hesitation, then unquestioningly believe the narrator when he tells you there's nothing to fear and you've won.

Resist what, though? I tried resisting the stabby stabby but it didn't work.
After you choose to free her and on your way to the locked door, the narrator will try to force you to slay her anyway with choices full of "Slay the Princess". Find "Warn Her" among those choices and the narrator will try to force you again. Instead of "Resist", choose to slay her this time and you'll get the achievement. Basically you resist the narrator once only to give in later.
