Definitely needs steam cloud saves for those of us with a deck (or more than one pc).
Idiot put save file in registry.
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SomethingExtra\ToTheCore
Games great, BTW. Really enjoying it. Cloud save feature would be a godsend for sure, but you've already agreed to add it and are obviously working on other improvements to the game, so no pressure. Keep up the good work!
love the game btw
It's a terribly limiting way of doing it and I'm sure most would highly recommend you make a proper save system. Just have it save to a file, there should be no issues with that. I definitely don't agree with the rude name-calling though, that was uncalled for. >:C
as a publishing developer it's more of an issue than a problem, so you get held to a different expectation, even though you are only low key strawmanning the poor commenter.
you obvs have Steamworks access, although unpolishedly not integrated. other tutorialising devs out there have blog pips about adding it to their particular version of unity, the doc on it is even public you don't need to be logged to your steamworks partner id
