How to force unlock sewers and hotel?

Is there a console command? I'm not about to replay the levels I already beat to unlock it normally

How to Unlock Sewer level:

step 1: load up the "Offices" level
step 2: turn on power and beat the "party room" to get the Red Keycard (you do NOT need to do anything else in there other than turn on the power and beat the party room to get the red keycard)

step 3: once you have the Red Keycard. do NOT go through the "blue door" instead, look around in that area, you should find a button on a wall next to a door. press the button and th door will open.

step 5: go through the door and stand on the floor switch to raise the shutter door, then run down the hole

Step 6: you will now be back in the "parking garage" once here, look around for a "red door" and open it. since you will have the red keycard if you followed the steps

here is your Sewer level

as for the hotel level.. uhh ive not gotten that far so ive no idea how to unlock it
