Body part bug?

i might just be blind. but i needed the "ear" and for the life of me i could not find that damn ear anywhere. is there still a bug where the correct body part won't spawn? or am i just actually stupid

They can spawn in the drawer with the flashlights. I have had this happen before and went back and they were with the papers.

They can spawn under a shelf inside the locker. Try crouching.
