Save file for co-op?

it'd be great if saving game progress was an option instead of having to start from the beginning

wait does that mean the automatic save for getting to the office doesn’t work for co-op?

i read that it saves once you pass the radiation room and enter a new area, but its still annoying not being able to pick up from where we last left off at in co-op
