Stuck in wall game bug

3 players got stuck in the wall and got stuck in the game, I played the game in the sewer for 3-4 hours, but this bug blew me away 3-4 hours.
It seemed that this bug was unconditionally present during the development process, so why didn't you prepare a countermeasure?, If you don't have a console, don't you have to make a suicide key? As a game developer who has used the Unity engine as a developer, I feel that suicide key can be easily created. Obviously, I have experience in making games like this and I have experienced such system errors, but the lack of countermeasures for this system error is a disappointing game for both game players and game developers.
